- Then upload your completed application, along with your other supporting documents.
Membership Requirements
- A job letter and recent pay slip not less than one month old.
- If self-employed, you must provide evidence of income in the form of financial accounting records and bank statements.
- Two forms of photo ID.
- Recent utility bill (no more than 3 months old).
- A minimum of $150.00 to cover administrative fees and the purchase of your first Credit Union Shares.
